Sound Horizon(幻想樂團)[LOST] 的主題是「你有沒有忘記過什麼」，故事講述了一個少年為了救少女被魔物打傷，而因為魔物的詛咒，他最終也會變成同樣的魔物，結果少女親手殺掉了深愛的少年。這首《戀人を射ち墮とした日》可以說是女主人公的回憶，在她迫不得已殺死摯愛後，抱著他的屍體回想起兩人相遇的情景之時，會是怎樣一種心情，這就是這首歌要表達的.....
