Haneto(跳人)是日本著名傳統慶典「青森睡魔祭」中，圍繞著大型燈籠山車邊跳邊喊口號的特色舞者。他們穿著鮮豔的傳統服飾，伴隨笛聲與太鼓，一邊高喊「Rassera」一邊跳躍，是炒熱整個祭典氣氛的核心人物。
